Account and data deletion
This page explains how JustCards and Table Classics users can request deletion of their linked account and associated server-side data.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings → Delete account in JustCards or Table Classics, then confirm. The linked account and its associated server data across both apps are deleted immediately. This does not cancel App Store or Google Play purchases or subscriptions.
If you cannot access the app, email eduardo.manrique@gmail.com with the subject Delete my app account. Specify the app and whether you linked with Google or Apple. Do not send passwords, payment details, or identity documents. We may ask you to verify control of the linked account.
Contact us if you cannot access the appData deleted
After verification, the deletion process removes:
- the relevant app user profile, nickname, and local user ID;
- linked Google or Apple identity references;
- associated device references and Premium entitlement state;
- product participation, play time, referral progress, and room-ad diagnostic events;
- custom deck metadata and uploaded custom deck images, for JustCards.
Active room state is temporary and normally disappears when the room ends. You can also delete individual custom decks from My Decks without deleting your account.
Timing and data that may remain
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before automatic rotation. We may retain limited records for longer only when required by law, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or financial recordkeeping.
Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat process some data independently under their own policies. Deleting an app account does not cancel a store purchase, issue a refund, or delete records held by those providers. Manage those records through the applicable provider account.
