JustCards – Privacy Policy

JustCards ("the App") is a virtual card‑table simulator that allows users to play card games with friends using their mobile devices. Players can create private rooms, place and move cards, and see other players' moves in real time.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information we do not collect

JustCards does not collect, store, or require any of the following information:

• Name or username
• Email address
• Phone number
• Precise location data
• Contacts or address book
• Photos, videos, or media from your device
• Device identifiers for tracking or advertising
• Financial, health, or other sensitive information

The App does not require account creation and does not use any form of cross‑app or cross‑site tracking.

2. Temporary technical data

To enable gameplay and real‑time synchronization between players, the App temporarily processes:

• Device IP address, used only to establish the network connection. This is handled by the server infrastructure and is not stored for profiling.
• Room and card state, such as which cards are in a player's hand or on the table, and their positions.

This gameplay data exists only while a room is active and is removed when the session ends.

3. User‑generated content

Within JustCards, players can:

• Create rooms to play with friends
• Place, move, and flip cards
• Arrange piles and layouts on the virtual table

This content is visible only to players who joined the same room. It is not made public, and it is not stored after the room is closed.

4. No third‑party tracking or ads

JustCards:

• Does not use third‑party analytics SDKs
• Does not display third‑party advertisements
• Does not share data with advertising networks
• Does not use cookies or identifiers for tracking

5. Security

Communication between the App and the server uses secure infrastructure. Because JustCards does not store personal data, the risk associated with a potential breach is significantly reduced.

6. Data retention and deletion

JustCards does not maintain player profiles or long‑term gameplay histories. Temporary game state is removed when a session or room ends. Since no personal data is collected or stored, there is no personal data to delete.

7. Children’s privacy

JustCards does not collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise gameplay and ensure that children use the App in a safe environment with people they know.
